Automations are an easy way to efficiently streamline your workflow by automating everything from emails to team messages, critical client updates, new orders, and payment notifications. They automate repetitive processes, saving you time and increasing efficiency.
Once you've created your automations within Retainr, you can, for example, automate all status updates, notifications, emails, and messages. Once you've created an automation, it will be saved and will work when the events are triggered. It's as simple as that.
You can find the automations by going to settings and then clicking on “Automations”. To start a new automation, click on the button “New Automation”.
Select your trigger to kickstart the action. Choose from various actions for orders, messages, updates, and payment notifications.
A condition allows the trigger to proceed based on your specified condition. This step is optional but offers you a wide range of choices to customize your automations.
The first step is to select the 'subject' to which the condition will be applied. You can choose from the dropdown menu.
After you've chosen the subject, you will then select the condition. You can also choose this from the dropdown menu.
