Within the 'Settings' menu, locate the 'Billing' option and click on it to access your Retainr membership plan.
Click on the desired plan, then click the 'Update' button to save your changes. For more information about our membership plans and what's included, please visit our pricing list.
To edit your payment method, click on 'Payment Method' and choose your desired option or add a new card.

Clients will be billed by agencies, and agencies can manage everything using their Stripe account, including invoicing and taxes.
Agencies need to connect their Stripe account with Retainr to start billing their clients. To do this, go over to ‘Settings’ and click on ‘Integrations’ to connect your Stripe account.
Agencies can define the currency in which they want to bill their clients, and clients will pay in that currency. All currency conversion will be handled by Stripe.
