In the left menu, select the 'Support' option by clicking on the telephone icon.
This will open an overview of all your chats with clients. To access a chat, simply click on it, and your chat history with this client will be visible. If a question or conversation is resolved, click on the 'Close Ticket' button to close the case.
To initiate a new conversation with your client, click on the 'Open Support' button in the right corner.
Next, select your client from the dropdown menu and type your message. To send the message, simply click the 'Start Support' button.
